Pride Edinburgh is a trading name of CAPITAL PRIDE and is a charity registered in Scotland (SCO47374) and operated as company limited by guarantee also registered in Scotland with companies house (SC553508) and registered office at Edinburgh LGBT Centre, 58a Broughton Street, Edinburgh. EH1 3SA. The term “us”, “we” and “our” there after refers to Pride Edinburgh.
As user of the website (referred to as “you/your”) you acknowledge that any use of this website is subject to this Privacy Policy.

The purpose of this statement is to set out the purposes for which, and the manner in which, we may collect and use personal information that we may obtain about you. There is no registration on the website so the only data collected is that from enquiry on contact page which includes name, email address and message. Any third party competitions are the responsibility of respective organisers of which Pride Edinburgh has no control.

We do not knowingly collect data from any unsupervised person under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, you must not submit any personal data to us unless you have the consent of, and are supervised by, a parent or guardian.

We only use your name, email address and if supplied contact number to answer your enquiry

How long do we keep your data

We keep data from a contact form only as long as required then deleted. These emails are not stored on the website database. We DO NOT give any of your data to any third party.

Only a limited number of people have access to manage data via the email contact.
The website is kept secure and updates are regularly applied to ensure it has current safeguarding features.

After confirmation of identity you will be provide with any information held about you and if you request deletion this will also be carried out at your request.
